Bai Mai Spring Wine Culture Tourism Zone
📍 Address: No. 12566, Jiqing Road, Mingshui Subdistrict, Jinan City, Shandong Province
🏛️ Historical Origins:
The wine culture of Bai Mai Spring dates back to the Ming Dynasty, nurtured by the spiritual essence of “the Number One Spring in the World”—Bai Mai Spring. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, the Mingshui region had already established a long-standing tradition of winemaking, with Bai Mai Spring wine gaining widespread fame and even serving as a tribute product, earning the esteemed reputation of “spring-fed fine wine, fragrance spreading across Qilu.” Since modern times, the distillery was officially established in 1958, preserving traditional brewing techniques while integrating contemporary methods, becoming a significant representative in Shandong’s baijiu industry.
